My first ever YouTube performed poem.
I’m starting something called The Anti-Memises Movement.
If you’re an artist of ANY kind. (Writer, dancer, rapper, makeup artist, painter) ANYthing. PLEASE go to my YouTube channel, watch the videos and read what I’m hoping to accomplish.
Guys! It’s been a while since I posted but here’s some news:
I’ve been wanting to create a YouTube channel for a really long time now. At first it was just so that my family and friends around the world would be able to hear my work but that sparked something bigger.
My goal is to create a place for arts collaboratives to happen.
I want it to be a way for local artists (and non locals) to come together and share their work and connect with one another.
Now that school’s over for a few months, I want something to keep me busy with the arts and what could be better than building up a community with other artists?
I’ve finally made the channel, and posted a video.
If you’d like to be a part of it and share a bit of your art (whatever it is: music, dance, stories, makeup, poetry, art, WHATEVER art is to you)
PLEASE let me know I’d love to have as many people on board as possible.
This will only be successful if people are willing to share what they want to say with the world.
Here’s the link to the first video:
Lol I’m such a newbie.
If you could like, share, comment, subscribe whatever it is that you do with YouTube videos I’d be very grateful.
Pass it on to your friends if you know they’d be interested or tag them on here.
I really just want to connect people who are passionate about the same things together.
I read an article on Flipboard and decided to make it a picture. It’s worth the read, take a minute and realize that the world can be a devastatingly beautiful place if you open your mind and your heart to more love and less hate.
Every morning I wake up and read a passage in the Bible then pick a verse that I really want to work on for that day then tape it to my mirror.
It’s a great reminder to always give God some time, what better way then right at the start of my day?
